We are delighted to support the formation of the Greenwich Youth IAG group.  It is so vital for us to take notice of what matters to young people from across our diverse borough.

 

This is a volunteer group for those aged 13 to 24 years old which enables you to be involved in reviewing, challenging and scrutinising the police in Greenwich's work.

 

You don’t need any qualifications or experience, and we just ask that you help by providing your opinions and insight six times a year when the group meets.

 

Sometimes, the nature of policing may mean we need to ask you for help outside of normal hours.

In return, we offer you the opportunity to join the police on patrol as an observer, provide you with opportunities to develop your skills, represent yours and others views and opinions, and give you a first-hand insight into policing, investigations and the police's work with the local community.
